Your subscription covers the costs of
all medically necessary
emergency
ambulance trips at no costs to
you.
Your entire family/household (anyone
living in your residence) is covered by your subscription.
Advance Life Support services with
West Shore ALS, Inc.
YBEMS reserves the right to third
party bill your insurance company for the costs of your ambulance
transportation, by being a subscribing member, you will incur no
additional costs.
YBEMS is a 501 (3) organization, your
member donation is tax-deductible.

Department of Health Pursuant to its rules and regulations, and is
authorized to operate in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania

Yellow Breeches EMS, Inc. and West
Shore ALS, Inc. are jointly sending this Subscription Membership
which will cover you for both services shall you need them.
The year of 2010 has brought on many
changes to Yellow Breeches EMS, Inc.
For your convenience and at the
request of some municipalities, YBEMS and West Shore ALS, Inc.
have jointly sent this solicitation to hopefully lesson the
confusion of multiple mailings.
One letter received by you and one
check returned will allow you to be a subscription member of both
organizations should you have a medical emergency.
Our companies provide the primary
coverage for your household.
Currently, YBEMS provides Basic Life
Support from our 233 Mill Street location just East of Mt.
Holly Springs known as Station 91.
In addition to that, we have been
afforded the opportunity to join West Shore ALS, Inc. in a support
role for primary transport services of
Carlisle
Regional
Medical
Center.
This venture has allowed us to reopen
a second station located on
Sprint Drive just West of Carlisle
known as YBEMS Station 92/ West Shore Medic 83.
In addition to Transports, we also
provide 2nd due EMERGENCY
response to most of the surrounding municipalities with a goal to
be permitted to respond as a primary Emergency response unit from
the Station 92 location.
YBEMS and WSALS totally support that
the closest unit should respond to the call area.
Emergency services are not immune to
the economic conditions that we all face.
We feel the pressures of lower
reimbursements from Medicare and basically all insurance groups.
Even with the strategic financial
planning of both West Shore ALS, Inc. and Yellow Breeches EMS,
Inc.; our costs to provide the highest level of coverage with the
most up to date equipment have not been reduced.
YBEMS does receive financial
allocations from the Mt. Holly Springs Borough, Monroe Twp.,
Dickinson Twp., and South Middleton Twp.
Even though the amounts differ from
each, ALL
are considered very valuable contributions.
YBEMS responds to approximately 1200
emergency calls from Station 91 and fully expects to run at least
that volume from Station 92/ Medic 83 with combined emergency and
transport needs from that location.
